About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Achieve targets
2. Arrange distributors timely & accept full payments & orders for primary sales
3. Manage stock reserves
4. Grow secondary sales by personally doing retailing, range selling & visible placement in general trade (Kirana stores, etc.) with a high number of total calls per day and a very high percentage of productive calls daily
5. Increase route-wise coverage and improve servicing of outlets
6. Work on carefully using POP material, undertaking merchandise, sampling all sales promotion (BTL) & working on localized advertising activities, etc.
7. Launch new products/brands and enter new market
8. Tour local as well as outstation markets (whenever required)
9. Monitor and report competition actively
