About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cold-calling to generate sales
2. Responsible for managing day to day social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn etc
3. Engaging content for social media channels and website
4. Counseling leads generated through various modes
5. Open to travel, visit and meet aspirants, if needed
6. Understand the aspirants query and identify the need and offer the best course
7. Utilizing the network connections to achieve the targets
8. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions
