About PhonePe Private Limited
PhonePe is an Indian e-commerce payment system and digital wallet company headquartered in Bangalore, India. It was founded in December 2015 by Sameer Nigam, Rahul Chari, and Burzin Engineer. PhonePe app went live in August 2016 and was the first payment app built on Unified Payments Interface.
About the internship
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Onboard new merchants in the geography allocated
2. Make use of the acumen and understand the Indian retail ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accounts
3. Onboard merchants on the platform as it is the first stage of a long-term relationship between PhonePe and the account
4. Develop deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to even enter the account
5. Take timely action as it is imperative that we monitor the market and be informed of competition's activity
6. Ensure that appropriate response strategies are being formulated and implemented
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 19th Jun'20 and 24th Jul'20

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. MBA in sales/marketing 2020 batch with good academic records
