Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Travel extensively for the generation of leads in the real estate sector
2. To retain/acquire new retail clients in the specified region/market, to achieve the sales/revenue target and ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients
3. Create/Maintain excellent relationships with clients
4. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship
5. Drive aggressive push by ensuring high client acquisition rates consistently, servicing them well by ensuring high usage rates, hence giving a higher ROI for client investment
6. Ensure that growth targets are met in the defined area/territory
7. Manage the coaching, developing, motivating & retaining of team members
8. Give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales

Desired Skills:

1. Relevant experience in retail sales and must be fluent in communication
2. Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute
3. Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets
4. Should be extremely good in follow-ups
