This is the Grassroots Karta Cadre Program 2021 - Flagship Sales Internship' program by Schooglink Grassroots India. This program is now open for immediate interviewing & hiring.

3. Selected students join as 'Grassroots Kartas'
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include driving the academic enrollment growth in students at our Grassroots learning centers.
1. Induction & Training: The selected Karta Cadre will be taken through the Grassroots business landscape and provided a detailed sales training workshop to prepare them for the internship period.
2. Internship Goal-Setting: After 2-3 days of training, each Karta will be given responsibility for a Grassroots impact market & entrusted with a sales target by the program director. The Karta cadre will be provided with the necessary resources to pitch & keep track of their goals.
3. Fieldwork & Reporting: Starting February 2021 until May 2021 interns will be deployed to respective rural blocks. With target performance reviews every 5 days, interns will have to drive their results and reach a maximum number of students in their blocks, educate them & enroll them for the Grassroots Learning Centre 2021-22 academic session.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Feb'21 and 1st Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per enrolled learner).
