About Starzone Promos Private Limited
Founded in late 2019, we are a growing startup manufacturing smartphone accessories. We launched our brand Swap-n-Snap in January 2021. The first product launched by Swap-n-Snap is 360 Holo-Ring, a mobile holder with changeable logo and fidget spinner. Launched in March, it has taken the market by storm in t's hometown Mumbai and is also a hot rage on Amazon and Flipkart. We have also launched 3D Holo-Magnet and Fridge Mantra Magnet. We are shortly launching smartphone covers with ring holders in 3D Designs and Holographic logo magnets, a global first. Starzone Promos Private limited offers a great opportunity to marketing interns to learn about brand building and to get a hands on experience in dealing with the market. About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cold calling niche mobile retail shops in your city
2. Creating brand and product awareness of Swap-n-Snap
3. Providing live product demos
4. Explaining and training sales personnel on the benefits of the product
5. Obtaining feedback and compiling reports, submitting to sales manager at HQ
6. Closing orders and submitting details to sales manager
7. Building and maintaining a positive rapport with retailers and upselling additional products from time to time
8. Maintaining a good reputation of our brand in the eyes of the retailers and not indulging in unnecessary arguments just to force a closure/sale
9. Working cordially with the sales manager and backend team to ensure smooth functioning
10. Following up on potential closures if not closed in first visit

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per closure).
