About the internship

Technavious Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Intern to support our business development efforts in the Data Center and MEP design consulting domain. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in technical B2B sales, client engagement, and proposal development in a high-growth sector.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct lead research and assist in qualifying prospects using online sources and CRM tools
2. Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses, coordinating with technical teams
3. Schedule and manage client meetings, prepare meeting briefs, and document action points
4. Perform market analysis, track competitor activity, and summarize findings for the sales team
5. Maintain CRM data, follow-up records, and update the sales pipeline status
6. Support social media and digital outreach for lead generation campaigns
7. Participate in product/service training, internal sales reviews, and client demo sessions

Other requirements

Pursuing or completed (FY 24-25) BBA / MBA (marketing, business development, strategy, or related fields)

A background in engineering (BE/B.Tech) is a strong advantage, though not mandatory

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software

An analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical concepts

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 /month
