Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
2. Determine client s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
3. Convince prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirements.
4. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
5. Work on sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database.
6. Work with team leaders and close the lead to get a basic stipend and the incentives from the business done.
7. Work on guiding buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms and on the schedule appointments and show buyers around a property.
8. Handle mandatory site visits on weekdays and weekends.
9. Opportunity to work directly with builders and developers.
