Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding restaurant requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to make a sale'
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing restaurants in person and via telephone calls and emails
3. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
4. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
5. Gathering market and customer information
6. Representing their company at various ATL/BTL activities which may be planned in the future
7. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
8. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
9. Reviewing your own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed targets
10. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
