About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop new direct end client vendors for the company
2. Cold calling potential clients to generate leads
3. Prepare proposals, marketing material, and company presentations
4. Negotiate the invoicing and payment terms with sub-contracting companies/individuals and then sign a sub-contracting agreement
5. Deal with the contract agreement, pricing/quotation, legal and clauses with the new clients
6. Develop new sales and negotiation strategies to boost up the performance in sales and conversion rate in recruitments
