About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and implement long-term growth strategies for the job board, built for businesses to list freelance/full-time roles associated with content & creators to discover & engage with opportunities
2. Define a unique positioning & theme for the job board adjacent to existing job portals
3. Acquire job/requirement listings via scrapping and outreach at scale
4. Onboard content creators to the White Panda community through digital channels and viral loops
