About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Finding construction projects and exploring them to fill up the tracker
2. Getting sales using various customer sales methods
3. Forecasting sales, developing out of the box sales strategies and evaluating their effectiveness
4. Meeting personal and team sales targets
5. Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships
6. Researching accounts and generating or following through sales leads
7. Up-selling to existing customers
8. Reporting and providing feedback to the supervisors
9. Maintaining and expanding the client database within your assigned territory
