About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring that there is a seamless experience for customers at restaurants training partners on product features, rules, and giving tips on how to make sure customer satisfaction is high
2. Manage partner relations and concerns to ensure they are fully equipped to go live with Zomato s exciting new products
3. Work closely with multiple teams (central strategy/sales) to ensure all escalations and processes are managed in time
4. Be active in the field as you travel to multiple restaurants through each day and ensure restaurants are fully ready

Here's what we're looking for:

1. An avid user of Zomato and someone who enjoys getting hands dirty in building high standard service levels
2. Should be able to communicate clearly and have strong persuasion skills
3. Fluent in English, and preferably in local languages (such as Marathi, Kannada, and Hindi)
4. An energetic person who is ready to hustle and drive action throughout the day
5. Someone with attention to detail and an eye for following a strong process
