About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling prospective customers by operating telephone equipment
2. Influencing customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations
3. Securing information by completing database backups
4. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
5. Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
6. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as and when needed
7. Identifying and networking with prospective customers, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth with help of the team
8. Assessing customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvement and providing feedback to the associates on improvements and achieving customer satisfaction matrices
