About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. identifying and acquiring new clients.
2. Generating leads from the market
3. Following up with new clients
4. Prospecting for potential new clients and turning this into increased business
5. Building relationships with new clients
6. Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met by the sales team
7. Preparing and presenting proposals and closing new accounts in targeted verticals
8. Developing and maintaining Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
9. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Team of the company to generate new leads via vendors and distribution houses, understanding competitors, End to Ends market position, and identifying event opportunities
10. Building a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
11. Create the leads, calling the clients, arranging for demo of the product and liaising with the client
12. Managing sales and pre-sales activities like supporting demo creation, participating in external (marketing) events etc.
13. Reaching out to prospects over phone/ mail and explaining the value proposition of the product to the prospect
