About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Leading and owning the health loyalty rewards program and metrics at the store level, along with the sales team
2. Interacting with end customers and providing appropriate product knowledge regularly
3. Generating interest and creating opportunities for customers
4. Learning customer needs and discussing/planning the go-to strategy for the loyalty rewards plan
5. Coordinating with the store and CRM team to deliver the program enrollment and engagement metrics
6. Building a customer profile by dynamically taking personal, demographic, and lifestyle information
7. Working on the end to end customer ownership and helping them with the redemption of products and services
8. Maintaining customer level product and information ledger

Note: As a part of the GTM (Go-To-Market) team, we need future-ready leaders, to convey our health loyalty reward plan to our customers. We want enthusiastic people who would directly reach out to our customers at stores, leading the loyalty team at the store, taking customer information, and enrolling them into the program, and ensuring amazing overall customer experience. This role requires physical movement to our stores (with full precautions).
