Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle our day to day operations
2. Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention
3. Maintain and update records for daily queries and escalations
4. Work on quality assurance surveys with customers
5. Maintain relationships with the clients by providing support, information, and guidance about products and services offered
6. Continuously improve through feedback
