About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle special projects/large format events/televised events end to end
2. Handle frontend clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income(NBD) for Insync to an agreed annual target
3. Understand client requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event objectives
4. Identify potential sponsors to associate with and generate funds through sponsorship sales/barters, etc.
5. Liaise between creative & operations to execute a large format event in its entirety
6. Perform post-event analysis/feedback/report/case study to be created
7. Manage & lead a team during the course of the project
