About the internship

Join our dynamic team as a business development intern under the mentorship of Nirale Pandya, a renowned business coach and entrepreneur. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of business development while contributing directly to the growth of the organization. You will gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, deal closure, and relationship management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Proactively identify and approach potential clients, setting up meetings, and following up on initial contacts to drive business growth
2. Target-Based Work: Work towards achieving set targets for client acquisition and deal closures, with performance tied to clear and achievable goals
3. Calling & Outreach: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients, ensuring a professional and persuasive approach
4. Deal Closure: Assist in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and business success
5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
6. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, understand client needs, and keep abreast of industry trends

Other requirements

1. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Be self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of 100000).
