2. Ideate the content umbrellas for clients when needed and upsell services basis the same
3. Manage subject matter experts as a review layer after the editing and the delivery process e.g. a article on maths is to be run through a teacher
4. Work on business outreach and laying a foundation for unique strategic methodologies to acquire more businesses
5. Take in client feedback to understand the health score of the services they are using
