1. Develop a strong knowledge about waste segregation, material accepted, and processes followed at our material recovery facilities
2. Guide, assist, and train including carrying out training and awareness event/activities with bulk waste generators, housing societies, restaurants, religious institutions, schools/colleges, commercial establishments, hotels, waste aggregators, sweepers, rag pickers, and enable them to be equipped to start segregating waste to be either collected/purchased by our team using old and new tools
3. Liaise with officials from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) to ensure smooth operations and get a legal backing to encourage citizens for segregation
4. Update and maintain data on the progress being made on a daily basis in the required format and share it with concerned stakeholders as per the requirement
5. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of recyclable waste to the center
6. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission and the cause
7. Carry out variation in scope of work as required by the new developments in the field
