to learn the traits of Entrepreneurship directly from our founder.
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the existing market
2. Find new ways to market and sell the products, ensuring a wider market reach
3. Build new distribution channels for the product , by using the network effect for increasing business and sustained growth
4. Commit yourself to the completion of the projects no matter what it takes
5. Manage time effectively to ensure the day to day task is completed on time
6. Study your target market. Figure out what the customers want and how you can give it to them
7. Create advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, and face-to-face events to deliver your message to the right audience
8. Improve quality and productivity by streamlining systems and processes
