About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
2. Prepare internal & external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
3. Schedule meetings & appointments and manage travel itineraries
4. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events
5. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
6. Work while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality
7. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
