As a niche real estate advisory firm dealing in high-end residential and commercial real estate in Mumbai, we seek to employ young graduates with pleasing personalities to work as sales associates. The candidate should have a good command of languages spoken, including English. The candidate would be required to take care of the entire 'customer life cycle' with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. The candidate would be expected to handle the sales process in its entirety.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engaging in cold calling and taking actions as required to generate business leads
2. Pitching suitable options to the clients and engaging with them until they come to the table and close the deal
3. Liaising with developers, channel partners, and brokers to convert business leads into sales
4. Undertaking correspondence, billing, payments, collections, performance reporting, and such other work as assigned
