The candidates should hustle with a desire to get their hands dirty. The candidate should be willing to dive deep into each problem, understand and improve the key drivers of the business.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the end-to-end daily category operations and business development
2. Build & manage supply, growing the category & solving supply bottlenecks
3. Work with a lot of tactical thinking and ownership to get things done and move metrics
Earn certifications in these skills
