Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching products and/or services
3. Working on maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
4. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
5. Working on contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
7. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
8. Keeping the prospective client database updated
9. Making cold calls for new business leads
10. Working on maintaining knowledge of all products and service offerings of the company
11. Arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients
12. Working on following company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
