We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will be the face of the organization and will also be contributing to generating sales/business for our company. An effective candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting offerings or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. They should be capable of ensuring smooth operations of day to day activities and preparing for things as planned.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about offered services/courses
2. Handling the inquiries which come in and try to convert the inquiries into admissions
3. Performing the duties of telesales and make students turn up for counseling sessions
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in English
2. Basic computer skills (email, MS-Office, etc.)
3. Ability to learn about offerings and services and describe/explain them to prospects
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and pleasing personality
5. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
6. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
