Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per per conversion).
Incentives will be paid to the intern per conversion and the minimum amount for the same would be 1000/- INR. It would vary from case to case basis.
