This is a long-term and on-field internship. No work from home is allowed. The intern will work with the existing sales team in the market after completing training from the company. The interns will be provided complete training on understanding the company, product, and market. We have a cloud-based consumer engagement platform for retailers (merchants).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Approaching target segments (MSME retailers) and pitching benefits of our product
2. Conducting demos for the interested prospects
3. Handling queries through objection handling and closing through required negotiations with the help of seniors
4. Closing sales and managing relationships with the merchants

4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per sale).
