Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of sales ).
Rosaline Cosmetics is a startup that is venturing into women's hygiene products. We are introducing our first product - 'the biodegradable sanitary napkin'. We want to inspire conversations around the topic of menstruation and at the same time want to ensure that women's hygiene product choices are environmentally conscious.
