About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential customers to sell Elxer s products and services
2. Demonstrate our products and services, close sales deals and maintain an excellent customer rapport
3. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
4. Handle CRM operations is mandatory wherein one has to maintain customer s record and the activities are done for one single customer
5. Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
6. Conduct market research and constantly come up with potential areas for market penetration

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 350 per sale).

The incentive structure is directly proportional to the number of customers onboarded:

1. For every 1-5 customers on-boarded: 50% of monthly rental per customer
2. For every 6-10 customers: 70% of monthly rental per customer
3. For every 11-15 customers: 85% of monthly rental per customer
4. For 16 and above customers: 100% of monthly rental per customer
