About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build your local sports project (LSP)
2. Choose the range as per the catchment analysis (range selection)
3. Work on merchandising and stock
4. Work on piloting and PNL for my sport (turnover, quantity, margin & shrinkage)
5. Practice the sport minimum once a week/once in 3 months for exceptional sports like hiking/trekking
6. Build your sports community in the catchment.
7. Give regular IDMs
8. Update the planner including events, workshops, and leaves
9. Keep the layout commercially optimized.
10. Ensure to make the user satisfied
11. Work for your sport and make it sustainably accessible to many
12. Stay responsible for the cash counter operations and happy checkout for all user.
