2. Conduct store visits to address challenges, ensure compliance, and support franchisees
3. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Jawed Habib stores in Thane and Navi Mumbai
4. Drive lead generation through online marketing, social media, networking, and partnerships
5. Convert leads into franchise agreements through effective communication and negotiation
6. Conduct store visits to guide franchisees, address challenges, and maintain brand standards
7. Liaise between franchisees and head office, conveying challenges, grievances, and feedback
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement impactful offline and digital marketing campaigns
Requirements:
1. Expertise in digital and offline marketing, lead generation, conversion, and closure
2. Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media advertising, and lead generation
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with franchisees
4. Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a proven sales track record
5. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
