About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create a network of architects, designers, and builders who could use the product and develop relationships
2. Reach out to these networks and create opportunities for new orders and projects
3. Develop a sales pipeline and ensure that production is aligned with order details
4. Undertake digital marketing activities and find new places/platforms to showcase product

Interns will be rewarded for each new order that they bring.

Who can apply

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per order).

The vision behind Beyond Rocks is to work with different semi-precious and gemstones like Agate, Mother of pearl, Quartz and so on to create slabs and other furniture application use cases. The venture aspires to be a leader in the production of semi-precious slabs and other complementary designer products like exclusive furniture, articles, and accessories.

We make different kinds of tables, countertops, bar tables and so on as well. It is a totally customizable product and we could mix proportions of different stone types and colors and prepare designs in any given size/shape as per the requirement.
