About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist us in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth goals
2. Maximize the potential of our sales staff, develop sales plans, and justify those goals to upper management
3. Manage the sales staff, achieve growth, and hit sales targets
4. Create, implement a strategic business plan to increase the company's consumer base and maintain a strong presence
5. Partner with customers, understand their needs, build and maintain great, long-term customer relationships
6. Present the management team with sales, revenue, and spending figures, as well as reasonable estimates
7. Recognize rising markets and market shifts while staying informed about everything new going on in the logistics industry

1. Bachelor's degree in any field but interest in sales

2. Fresher/Some experience in logistics or sales

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively

4. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

5. An urge to learn and give your best
