Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scout the professionals who would be a perfect fit for UrbanClap
2. Make them our sales pitch and convince them to join UrbanClap
3. On-board them and help with the on-boarding formalities
4. Make-sure they work well with UrbanClap
