Business Development (Sales & Marketing) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales &
2. marketing teams to meet objectives
3. Reporting your progress and your team s progress to your supervisor on a daily basis
4. Conducting regular meetings to keep a check on your teammates progress and keep them motivated
5. Meeting the desired monthly targets and goals
6. Promoting the company s existing brands and introducing new products and services in the market
7. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding
8. consumer s requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting system improvements to achieve the company s marketing goals
9. Implementing new sales plans and advertising
10. Representing brands in all kinds of events (online or offline)
11. Preparing and distributing assignments and daily tasks to the employees
12. Planning and coordinating the workforce to best use employees' talents
13. Maintaining a professional relationship with customers by making regular visits,
14. understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
15. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
16. Providing all the information and records to the company on monthly basis in physical format
