About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learn and understand our products and our prospective clients well
2. Understand customer pain points and requirements and correlate BuilderNeed solutions and customer requirements
3. Assist on-ground site visits in showcasing the property to potential buyers
4. Educate and negotiate the best price to close the deals
5. Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, LinkedIn connections or phone calls, or anything to reach out to prospective customers
6. Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
7. Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers
8. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
9. Perform effective online demos to prospects
10. Manage customer queries on call and email

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
