Business Development (Sales) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead profiling, customer acquisition, prospect management, and customer on-boarding
2. Make outbound calls to potential clients both within India and international; provide solution and close sales
3. Support inbound customer calls; explain them about product feature &, conduct demo
4. Engage customer by providing them options of customized service offering to meet their business need
5. Maintain, build and update CRM
6. Coordinate with development, support, and marketing team
7. Research on different tools & strategies to increase sales and business opportunities
8. Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product and offers
9. Maintain relationship with existing customers
