Business Development (Sales) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying new markets & business opportunities, and arranging meetings with potential customers
2. Visiting potential customers for new business, and developing & maintaining relationships
3. Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
4. Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales
5. Attending trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to represent the employing organization
6. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
7. Building and maintaining relationships with customers with regular follow-ups and visits
8. Assessing customer quality, proposing exposure limits, and reporting to management
9. Developing new customers
10. Collecting market information
