Business Development (Sales) Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting real-time research and identifying potential sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification, and classification
2. Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
3. Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs
4. Maintaining the relationship with all potential and existing clients
5. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
6. Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
7. Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients
8. Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
9. Expediating the resolution of the client's problems and complaints
10. Coordinating sales effort with sales head and technical service groups
11. Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on time
12. Identifying requirements of corporate organizations, connect and meet with the corporate stakeholders, manage key corporate accounts
13. Gaining an understanding of customers and competition, to then synthesize into business strategy
14. Working on market landscaping and competitive analysis
15. Working on external bench-marking with competition and the market
