1. Work with the sales team and do aggressive outbound lead generation activities through various methods like cold-calling, emails, etc. to source new sales opportunities
2. Perform inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting/cold calling
3. Create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
4. Research accounts, identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and generate interest
5. Maintain and expand a database of prospects
6. Assess, qualify, and transfer leads to the appropriate account executive for a formal sales presentation
7. Provide real-time assistance to customers for the requests that they need
8. Maintain records of the leads contacted and assign the potential leads to sales personnel through the CRM module
