About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
2. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
3. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
4. Reach out to customer leads through personal visit/cold calling
5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Analyze the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports
9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
11. Improve through feedback continuously

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per sale).
