About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Using strong observation and learning attitude for the given instructions as well as keeping your brain in action mode
2. Conversating politely and honorably with countryside people and building their confidence by connecting and empathizing emotionally & socially
3. Contacting potential beneficiaries via social media, phone calls, building rapport using interpersonal skills, pitching the product, negotiating, closing the sales while smoothly and gently maintaining the post-sales relationships and management
4. Maintaining a detailed database on the spreadsheet/CRM of all the interactions with the leads to optimize lead closure
5. Dialing 60 to 100 calls and ensuring a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day
6. Bringing in more people for the re-skilling and up-skilling program offered by HCDS Technologies, its clients, or partner government departments to the best of your abilities
7. Ensuring confidentiality and security of the client s data which will be shared with you or you'll have while working
8. Creating artistic and eye-catching branding content to post on social media for attracting the attention of mass community across the territories and beyond the previously experienced limits
9. Planning and organizing social ethics and community empowerment events in the countryside
10. Staying connected remotely in case of weather conditions or Covid-19 induced barriers

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the part time job/internship

2. can start the part time job/internship between 25th Aug'21 and 30th Sep'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Sonipat, Rewari, Greater Noida, Noida, Jhajjar and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Students from all under graduation and post-graduate courses can apply

2. Reappearing students should share examination schedules in advance

3. Only students with a minimum academics score of 45% and above should apply

4. Should be an innovative practitioner of PowerPoint slides presentation, spreadsheet design & analysis, and document composing

5. Should possess an excellent conversation and communication skills with public speaking and group discussions abilities (always ready to learn these)
