Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 20th Mar'19 and 19th Apr'19
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should be aggressive in terms of achieving numbers
2. Candidates who have a background in sports and are thorough with the ecosystem of it will be preferred
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per incentive slab scheme).
Here is the incentive slab scheme explained:
1. Your assured take away is 2000/-
2. Monthly target is set at 50,000/-
3. Once you cross the 50% of the monthly target, your Gross sales >25,000/-, your stipend will be bumped to 5000/-.
4. For 50,000 < Gross xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed>200,000, stipend = 5000+ 10% of Gross
There is no upper cap on incentives.
