About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle daily field visits on merchant location shop to shop
2. Pitch around 3 different products to ensure he buys one at least
3. Work on increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
4. Work on finding and developing new markets and improving revenue
5. Develop new ways to reach more merchant for better conversion rate
6. Work on giving a live demo of our products in a better way
7. Build team in that territory for the company's larger goal

Important Note:
1. If performance is at least 75% of expectation then will take you on salary from 3rd month
2. If performance is good in probation period then will hire on company's payroll with a lot of other benefits

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 20000 per 1. new merchant onboarding and 2. if you meet daily expectation then you will get fuel charges also).
