About part time job/internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying potential teacher partners and intervention experts to build a strong teacher hierarchy
2. Orienting the teacher partners with their roles and responsibilities and helping them run the network properly
3. Handling the enhancement of student acquisition and retention
4. Performing on-ground visits with Teacher partners to build relations and teacher training to b provided at equal intervals
5. Identifying the training needs of teachers/ review and strategize training plans accordingly
6. Monitoring performance of every teacher and taking steps as required
7. Working closely with teacher partners to draft and facilitate activation and growth journeys

Other requirements:
  1. Candidates with strong communication, networking and persuasion capabilities
  2. Candidates with prior experience of on-ground sales and area management are mandatory for the role
  3. Candidates with sales planning, prospecting and territory management skills
  4. Candidates with a go-getter with a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box
  5. Candidates with prior experience with start-ups highly desirable
  6. Candidates who are comfortable with on-ground sales and effective cluster management skills
