Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call potential customers as well as attend incoming calls of the customers as per the customer requirement and provide different options available with the company
2. Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
3. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
5. Display and market real property to possible buyers
6. Maintain and update listings of available properties
