1. Research and shortlist probable clients who would benefit from empathy workshops - clients could be schools, universities, professional organizations, and corporate companies
2. Visit clients, make presentations of our offerings and help clients understand the value in the workshops we propose
3. Close deals with clients and coordinate all aspects of the workshops until successfully delivered being the single point of contact for the client for all queries and discussions
4. Conduct online research to collect brilliant content around relevant subjects and actively share and promote through social media including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
5. Actively work on creative ideas to expand reach on social media pages
6. Play a part in new ad-hoc projects that aim to spread the messages of empathy and social responsibility

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per client).

Empathy Matters Private Limited is an organisation that provides empathy education to organisations and institutions through experiential training, consulting, research and other creative strategies. The organisation's flagship initiative 'The Empathy University' offers workshops, webinars and certification programmes on empathy as a core emotional and organisational skill.
