About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Check the leads form for each trip and call them to follow up for conversion
2. Get acquainted with the details of all the trips from the Trip leaders and in turn use the knowledge to convert leads for trips
3. Come up with innovative ideas to market the trips outside of online media
4. Make appointments with the heads of schools and companies for us to promote our trips as a way of well being and increasing productivity
5. Document all the work that is done and keep track of trips, leads, and the confirmed participants

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per conversion).
